Waxing

Waxing is an excellent and inexpensive way to deal with most hair removal on the body or face. Waxing leaves the area smoother than shaving does because it pulls the hair out from below the top layer of skin, which makes it grow back slower and more uniformly. Regrowth typically occurs within 4 to 5 weeks.

Hair removal is extremely problematic if you are using AHA's BHA, topical retinoids, azelaic acid, or taking Accutane. These treatments can make the skin more susceptible to tears, wounds, and irritation. Please inform your technician if you are using any of these products prior to waxing.
